Kylie Jenner Hit With Explosive Lawsuit As Former Housekeeper Alleges “Toxic And Abusive” Work Environment

A former housekeeper has filed a lawsuit against Kylie Jenner, alleging she was subjected to a “toxic and abusive” working environment during her time at the reality star’s California home.

Angelica Vazquez, who worked at Jenner’s Hidden Hills property between September 2024 and August 2025, has made a series of serious claims in legal documents filed on April 17. The lawsuit also names Tri Star Services and Maison Family Services as defendants.

According to reports, while Jenner is listed in the lawsuit, she is not directly accused of specific actions within the complaint itself.

Vazquez claims that from the very beginning of her employment, she was treated with hostility and exclusion. She alleges she was consistently assigned the most difficult tasks and left out of the wider housekeeping team, creating what she describes as a deeply isolating environment.

The lawsuit goes further, alleging discrimination based on religion and ethnicity. Vazquez, who identifies as a Salvadoran woman and practicing Catholic, claims she was publicly humiliated in front of colleagues and subjected to repeated derogatory comments, including remarks about her immigration status.

These alleged incidents, she says, contributed to what she describes as a “toxic and abusive work environment,” where complaints were ignored or dismissed without any meaningful action taken.

One of the more serious allegations details an incident in March 2025, where a supervisor allegedly threw hangers at her feet during a confrontation. Vazquez claims this marked an escalation in behaviour that had already become increasingly hostile.

As a result of the alleged treatment, Vazquez states she developed severe anxiety, stress, and symptoms consistent with post-traumatic stress disorder. She says she was forced to take medical leave in July 2025 before ultimately resigning a month later, claiming the conditions had become “intolerable.”

The lawsuit is now seeking damages, including unpaid wages, missed breaks, unreimbursed expenses, unpaid sick leave, and additional compensation.

At the time of writing, neither Jenner nor the companies named in the lawsuit have publicly responded to the allegations.

The case is likely to attract significant attention, not only due to Jenner’s global profile but also because of the serious nature of the claims being made.
